2014 Board Member Elections
Several board member positions will be up for election at our fall banquet including President, Vice-President, Weigh-master, Treasurer, and Trustee.
These positions must be filled in order to secure the future of club.Many of our outgoing board members have served for multiple terms and will not serve again.Please consider stepping up and helping out the club by volunteering for the 2014 season.There is a board meeting scheduled for Tuesday, September 10th at 6:00 pm at Maple Bay Marine and any members that have an interest are encouraged to attend.We will answer any questions you may have and give you all the tools you need to efficiently run an outstanding organization in the future.
Inland Waterway Tournament and Banquet
Our final event is just around the corner on the Inland Waterway on September 28th launching out of Maple Bay on Burt Lake at 7:00 am.You may fish anywhere on the Inland Waterway accessible by water (no trailering).We expect Seth Herbst and the MSU team of biologists to attend our weigh-in and take stomach samples for the Inland Waterway Walleye Study.Our end of the season banquet and fish fry will follow at Maple Bay Marine.Please invite family members to attend and bring a dish or dessert to pass.
