There is a detour on Brutus Road.  To get to the Maple Bay Launch we recommend giving yourself plenty of extra time and following the detour signage:  In Pellston, turn east on Robinson Rd. (by the BP gas station).  Go past the Douglas Lake Bar and Grill sign and over the big hill.  Look for the detour sign and turn right on W. Burt Lake Rd.  This winds around and turns into Brutus Rd.  Turn left on Maple Bay Rd.  

The Inland Waterway tournament is open to all water accessible by boat including Crooked Lake, Crooked River, Indian River, and Mullett Lake.  However, you must register, take off, and return at the Maple Bay launch.  We will launch at 7:00 am (weather pending) and you must be back at the Maple Bay Launch by 3:00 pm.  Please plan on getting there early as we expect additional teams registering.  There is rumor of another tournament outing on this day as well.  We will conduct our weigh-in at the Maple Bay launch, however, the awards will be handed out at our banquet immediately following at Maple Bay Marine.  Please invite your families and bring a dish to pass.  We will have door prize drawings for club members, raffles, and awards the Inland Waterway and for the season standings.  We will also be electing board member positions for Vice President, Secretary, and 2 trustee positions.  Please consider running for one of these offices or nominating someone.
