1st Place:  Mother Nature

Our first event this season was cancelled due to high Northeast winds. 

The board determined that the bay would be too hazardous to allow members to fish.  The forecast for Sunday was even worse.  At 6:35 am a vote was conducted to determine whether to restrict fishing to the river or to cancel the tournament entirely.  Club members present at that time voted unanimously to cancel the event entirely.

Thanks to all club members who travelled to participate in this tournament.  All eighteen teams that were present will receive show up points.  Door prizes for the event will be drawn at our end of the year banquet for just those teams in attendance at the DNR launch.
