Yoop-

No not Veterens Park.  We are launching at the mouth of the Saginaw River West Side.  If we launched at Vet's it would be a 1hour and 6min boat ride to the bay (don't need to do that anymore in my life yawn).

Thanks we would have been in the wrong place, I was told it was a long ride to the bay from Veterans. Thanks again.

No, we are not launching at Veterans Park.  We will be at the DNR launch near the mouth of the Saginaw River downstream from Veterans Park.  The DNR launch is at the the end of Shady Shore Rd.  I will have directions in our forthcoming newsletter.

Sorry guys if my question misguided some of you. The river is flooded and the bay in muddy as hell. Should be interesting.
