The 3^rd annual NLWC Burt Lake Ice Fishing Tournament is scheduled for March 5, 2011.  We hope to see many of you there. 

The Northern Lakes Walleye Club is proud to be a contributor to the recent stocking of 7500 walleyes in Mullett Lake.  It was inspiring to see a community come together and help preserve this resource.  Members of the Sault Tribe of Chippewa Indians, the MDNRE, and Mullett Lake Area Preservation Society teamed up to make this the second planting of the year.  There will be future opportunities for fish stocking, and our club will continue to explore ways to support the communities and fisheries in our area.

Good luck to all the hunters headed out to the woods this month, and Happy Holidays!
