Hello Northern Lakes Walleye Club Member,
     There were 16 teams fishing St Marys River System catching 24 walleye.  This brings
the year to date total to 151 walleyes, weighing 332.56 lbs.
WINNERS OF ST MARYS RIVER TOURNAMENT:
1st PLACE:    Pat Keiser & Dusty Saker,   5 Walleye,  14.14 lbs total
2nd PLACE:  Mark Jacobs & John George,  5 Walleye, 12.98 lbs total
3rd PLACE:  Anthony Taylor & Doug Blaskowski, 2 Walleye,  8.08 lbs total
4th PLACE:  Mike Saker & Jim Parrott, 3 Walleye, 6.90 lbs total
5th PLACE:  Todd Schryer & Gail Scharfee, 2 Walleye, 6.64 lbs total
 
HEAVIEST WALLEYE:  Anthony Taylor & Doug Blaskowski, 5.33 lbs.

Kathy Godzik will be resigning from the secretary position at the end of this season.
If you are interested in this position, please notify a board member.  Other positions
up for election are:  VOTING WILL BE HELD AT OUR END OF YEAR BANQUET

Our final event is Saturday, October 2nd fishing Inland Lakes.  Registration and weigh
in will be held at the Maple Bay Launch at the Maple Bay Campgrounds.  Our end
of the year banquet will immediately follow the weigh in and hosted by Maple Bay
Marine.
PLEASE NOTE:  AWARDS FOR BOTH THE INLAND LAKES EVENT AND END OF THE YEAR
PRIZES WILL BE DISTRIBUTED AT THE BANQUET.   Friends and family are welcome to
attend.  Burgers, hot dogs and fish fry will be provided.  You may bring a dish to pass.
Directions to Maple Bay Launch…….if heading north on US 31 go to Brutus.  Turn
right on Brutus Road.  Launch and campground are on right hand side, about
3.5 miles.   Maple Bay Marine is located in Brutus on US 31 just north of Brutus Road.
 
 
 
It has been fun fishing this year.  Although our fish count is down from previous years,
we've learned a little more.  President John will announce our event schedule for
2011 at the banquet.  Thanks to all our members for making 2010 a memorable year.
